My computer unexpectedly started running very sluggish and slow after trying to open Windows Live Messenger. The screen would start going black for a few seconds, come back up and do this repeatedly. I restarted computer and still had the same problems.

I started a virus scan, came back after about 30 min and the computer seemed to be okay but then when I tried to open Spybot said file did not exist. I tried to open some other programs and got same message. I tried to do system restore to two days ago, would not restore, pressed ok and would just sit there.

I have followed instructions and ran the following programs. Is there still anything that could be trouble for me?

New problem - can't log into hotmail account or gaming forum account (only ones I've tried). Computer is back to very sluggish performance.
