i just upgraded my ram but im not sure if theres a problem or not with

Anyway i just bought a gig of ram and my computer now ses i have 1536 ram when looking at the bios. Theres somthing thats bothring me tho. If you look under where it ses 1536 ram it ses L2 ram 512K. Is this normal or should it be 1536K like i thought. If there is a problem and this L2 ram isent reconizing my upgrade is it fixable?.

L2 RAM is cache memory, mounted on the processor itself, and has no relation to sticks of RAM that you buy and put in the machine.
