AUTO RESTART(NO SIGNAL)

computer restarts on it's own,first it shows the compaq logo then no signal in the middle of the screen.we have compaq SR1755nx,cox internet,with cox security suite for anti virus,spyware,parental control,linksys wireless,and adaptor for second computer and laptop.when running spyware removal, the free spyware removal files(CAassociates had this one before cox) allways show-up in the infected files to be deleted or quarantined.does'nt matter if i delete or quarentine,the next time i run it(spyware removal,CA is allways there...is this a source of my problem ?or is this some other problem i,e, wires,modem,etc....no error message,just shut down,blank screen,compaq logo, then no signal.
