All right, I have this Elite toolbar that won't go away and it isn't been registered by my Spybot. I have run a search and it can't even find the Elite bar on my computer - but everytime I open an ie window, there it is. Also, I have a yupsearch pop up every so often. I searched and found a link about going to this website "http://www.spywarein...cwshredder.zip" and it would take care of it...it's still there and now I have a CWshredder on my computer. If anyone could offer any assistance it would be appreciated. Mind you - my computer knowledge is BELOW limited. Thanks for any help or attempts at help.

I didn't see the BEFORE YOU POST thing earlier...So I went through all those steps excluding the HIJACKTHIS step. Im going to see how this works. Thanks for your help.

OK. Just post a log and I'll probably look at it in the morning. If you go into add/remove programs, you might see if the elite toolbar is there.
