title says it all i convert avi to play on dvd and it skips stops locks up while playing dvd.

im using nero 7.5 to convert the file. ive tried sony memorex and fufuji. :whistling:

Click start smart, make a dvd, make movie, click more, click video options

Are they set to your region, to standard quality or high, to 2 pass encoding

its 4 gigs but i got that worked out now

Just before you click burn, click burn options to tick determine maximum write speed, it runs a 2 minute check on the disc you are using before burning
