Click start smart, make a dvd, make movie, click more, click video options
Are they set to your region, to standard quality or high, to 2 pass encoding

its 4 gigs but i got that worked out now

Just before you click burn, click burn options to tick determine maximum write speed, it runs a 2 minute check on the disc you are using before burning
