Do you get anywhere if you clear the address bar completely and type 192.168.0.1

The card itself can be dead.
But first try refreshing the driver, uninstall it from the device mgr and reboot the computer. Windows will detect the hardware and reinstall the correct drivers.
NEXT...try dumping the network. From a command prompt enter the following command
NETSH DUMP then reboot the computer.
