I just got my new laptop Sunday :blink:
Now I cant seem to get any sound from it. It was working until today , now I have none :whistling:

1: In control panel > system > device manager see that there is no exclamation or question mark near "sound video and game controller". If there is, sound driver should be reinstalled.

2: in control panel > sounds and audio devices make sure that volume of speakers and other devices is not too low or mute.

3: Check in your media player that volume is not set to minimum.


Generally speaking I think that you should consult your laptop supplier to avoid problems with the guarantee.
