My browser runs fine like lighting fast but no matter what site i download from my download speeds cap off at 110kb-90kb. This is very strange because my download speeds were used to be in the 300kb-400kb range. Im running windows xp with a cable modem* and all my browsers have slow download speeds now. Btw ive scaned for virus's with rend micro and found no virus's on my comp

Can anyone sugest anything that could help this problem. thanks ^_^
