The system Restore appears to be disabled and the box has not been checked to allow that to happen. When the system restore is clicked, either nothing happens or a window appears with nothing in it. Also, when I try to get an update to windows, the browser appears at the correct website with the "done" indicated at the bottom, but the page is blank. What's up? I must have contracted a nasty virus. Hopefully, someone can help.
