I work for a market research company, we do phone surveys, focus groups, etc. I'm trying to figure out a way to have interviewers work from their homes. I've gotten everything figured out so far, except for how to monitor their phone calls. It's not just a simple phone tap that will solve my problem. We use Vonage V-Phones. They plug into a computer on a flash drive and a virtual phone pops up on the screen. I know there are all of those PCAnywhere deals that can monitor computers, but I can't find one that will monitor sound. Does anyone have any ideas? Any direction would be much appreciated. I've been battling with this idea for a couple months now and have gotten nowhere.
