zonealarm is giving error while running "this application has failed to start because VSPUBAPI.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

i tried reinstalling the zonealarm but it says to turn off all the programs that use true vector service...

i dont know what to do .... need help

I had that same error not too long ago, tried everything short of formatting and re-installing windows. Then I had to re-install windows (there were other problems with my computer, I'm not sure if they cause the zonealarm malfunction or if it was the other way around...).
