Windows XP on a Dell Dimension 4500 Pentium 4 with 512 RAM,
UNFORTUNATELY only a dial up connection. Is there anything out there for me?
I am using YAHOO VOICE IM now but can switch to the MSN IM.
We don't need perfect clarity etc..just some visual connection.
As always,
thanks for the help!

I'm afraid a dial-up connection is just not fast enough to consider using a web-cam online for live video calls, if that is what you were intending to do.
