Problem with my Laptop , The LCD Screen keeps flickering, and if moved

I guess its the cables, and connection to the LCD Screen, it's not under a warranty but I don't know what to do from here. Any help suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Could be a lose cable u have the connection on the back on lcd and another that plugs into the motherboard. I have seen the 44pin chip on the motherboard have a bad connection i fixed by resoldering the chip. toshiba laptops are very common with the issue.
