Month: ?
Day: ?

I'm guessing first of July?
It also says I got an evaluation copy when I'm fully activated.

A legitimate Vista activated copy should not show "Evaluation copy", or "Expires..."

Something odd there.

It says the 1st of June obviously, always assume international date format day/month/year unless its obvious its the US format, in products for international use/sale its almost always international format rather than US by default.

Well there have been versions of Vista that MS have dubbed Frankenvista the RC activation system has been superimposed over the final builds different activation mechanism.

Where did you get this copy of vista?

It is the 1st of June, this is the date all Evaluation copies expire, but you are not running an evaluation copy. The legit Vista copies 'DO NOT' expire at all and you having build 6000 means you are running an illegal version and this topic should be closed.
