Hi all!

I have a small but annoying problem with Outlook 2003 on a Windows XP PC, when I receive emails I select print and most of the time the headings of the emails are printed ie My name, the sender, the date, the subject. But on some emails when I print it only prints out the text of the email. How can I make sure everytime I print all the headings etc are on the print outs?

Thank you for your help!

Is there anything you see different between the emails that print the heading and those that don't?

If not, you might try a Detect and Repair form the Outlook Help menu.
