I have a laptop that has windows XP. I don't have the computer volume on mute but when I play an internet radio, no sound is produced. I tried adjusting the volume the computer has and the volume that the radio program has, but neither help. I went into the control panel but I didn't notice anything wrong. What can I do? There's probably as easy solution but I have no clue what to do.

Well I did that and the only yellow question mark I see is at the top as part of the icon for "help". I scanned for any hardware updates and nothing came up. What do I do next?
