First HiJack This log. Can't find problem

I can't complete a Panda Activescan - when it is scanning c:\found.000\ it shuts down explorer fully. I have run several spyware programs and have current norton antivirus and firewall.
Using Firefox as my browser. Also use Netscape for mail and for Composer. Don't use outlook at all.

Symptoms started about a month ago. While I'm browsing internet, symantec message comes up:
"Symantec User Session has encountered a problem and needs to close". Get into the details and it says Exception code oxc0000005. ccapp.exe module 1 ntdll.dll module 2 offset 000245cc. Module 3 is kernel32.dll, Module 4 is Comctl32.dll. and then it goes on and on from there.

I haven't been able to get SP2 to install. Get error messages that I'm still working on. Have to make some registry changes, but I'm a novice so a bit nervous about doing so. But I'm at the end of my rope, so I may give it a chance.

I have since been able to run AVG - found just some tracking cookies.
