CD DVD ROM Problem

My CD and DVD Rom Drives won"t read anything they go in and out fine when i go to the device manager i see this. I attched an image to this post.

Hi. I don't see this image. Try again. Also, when did it stop working? Have you made any changes to your system recently?

OK they stoped they stopped working a few Day ago. When I go to My Compter the aren't even there when I go to device manager all the drives a yellow circle next it with explanation point in the circle.
