Hello, I'm trying to get rid of the Quick Launch section on my taskbar, and whenever I uncheck it, it simply comes back after I restart the computer. Thanks in advance to anyone who helps me with this problem.

Hi branfordlax...

The Quick Launch can be enabled and disabled from two locations on the desktop. One is by right clicking on the Start button and choosing "Properties", then under the "Taskbar" tab, clearing the Quick Launch check box.

The other is by right clicking on the taskbar itself, pointing to "Toolbars", and clicking on Quick Launch.

Have you tried both methods?
