i know this has been posted before, iv tried following it from other posts but never seem to have the files that require deleting so here goes,

Problem is i cant open any folders on my desktop without the pc freezing, its only when i ctrl/alt/delete and end task dr watson that it is usable again

any help would be great this is driving me mad,
