I can't print from the Outlook Express program. The icon for printing is grayed out. I tried to right click on the mouse to bring up a menu in Outlook Express so I could print a message, but the print function is missing from the menu that appears.

I first noticed the problem yesterday and have exhausted all the possibilities I can think of to correct it. I have checked the customizing tab for the Outlook Express and it includes the print icon on the toolbar.

I did download a Yahoo toolbar 2 or 3 days ago. It seemed problematic so I removed it from my computer. I don't know if that caused a glitch, but I just can't print from Outlook Express. I also recently downloaded Internet Explorer 7, but I don't think the problem is connected to that either.

Before you did whatever, was it working o.k. ?

If so, go back to that state [restore point] and reinstall the progs one at a time...and test the audio at each install, prior to installing he next one...
