Computer showing the wrong CPU

I have an Athlon XP 3200+ (Microstar Int. KT4 Ultra (MS-6590)) machine. The CPU is supposed to be a 2.2 Ghz (and has always been). For some reason it is now showing 1.1 Ghz.

Any ideas? Is there something in the BIOS that would cause this?

Thanks in advance for any help?
