Hi
Yesterday when I went to start up Firefox I got an error message and so it wouldn't start up (i'm currently using IE....ugh). The message said reinstalling it might help. I downloaded the latest Firefox 2.0 but this time I get a message when trying to install it:

'Error opening file for writing: \r\n\r\nnss3.dll\r\n\r\nClick retry to try again, or\r\nCancel to stop the installation'

(I have no idea what all those r/n's are)

I click retry and wait, but nothing happens. Any help is much appreciated.
