Help, 98 upgraded to Xp, outlook 97 problem

Hi all, i'm new here. We recently upgraded a pc from 98 to XP. The user noticed that his emails are now arriving as email attachments entitltled "ATT text charset ISO 88" instead of regular emails. When he clicks the messge it opens up in notepad.

Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this. Its a pretty big problem to this user.

Oh, and he calls me every 5 minutes to make sure I remember he has a problem.

Anyone have a magic spell? Incantation? anything? :tazz:

If you have Outlook click tools then options then e-mail options then see if read all standard mail in plain text is ticked
