They should be compatible, though ewido may stop updating in the future
ewido anti-spyware 4.0 has been replaced by AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5 and isn't available for sale and download anymore (under the old name). Instead, please try our new, highly improved version:

Ewido is was bought by AVG and is now known as AVG AntiSpyware. AVG is just an antivirus (doesn't cover most spyware), so I recommend that you run both AVG and AVG AntiSpyware.
