What is it? and what does it do? I already am running firefox, Thunderbird, and sunbird and am wondering how does it differ from running all 3 of those?

Its simply another browser. I like it because it has a built in website editor/composer, but don't use it to surf with. It seems like a perfectly acceptable browser in all ways.
