hi,

whenever my computer starts up, it takes around a min or 2 to load all the startup programs and stuff, normally it should take about 10-30 seconds on average.

i need to know what is causing this, how can i remove it.
These are my computer specs

pentium 4 processor
512 mb ram
2.8 ghz cpu
