I was looking at used Ibm computers on ebay, looking at was comes with the computer, no operating system but a coa sticker for windows xp pro what good id this without the system disk?

Hello edge...

As you don't know if the operating system the COA refers to is installed on another machine, the key on the sticker is worthless. Legally, you will have to install a new operating system and use the key that comes with it.
