That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of
all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having

Actually, Google translated the relevant page for me. The advice given to the person who inquired about the same problem was not given much help there. He was given the usual advice: scan for viruses, use an anti-adware program, etc. After that, the thread died with nobody able to help him out. It's most odd because that thread is the only instance in the entire Google-indexed internet of someone having this same problem as me.

if you can locate the dll in question
then download unlocker and remove it
