Hi . I've been reading all about this on your site. I've done everything you've asked, but now that I've downloaded hijack this, I can't open it because it's saved to a folder and Dr. watson won't lwt me open any folders. What now?

Please download HijackThis version 1.99.1 from here:
and make sure to unzip it to a permanent folder. Then please run HijackThis, click Scan and Save log, and post the new log here. I would be happy to take a look at it.
