Hello, we'll i am getting photoshop soon, and i would like to learn how to use it, so i can create kool anime pics, so could anyone give me some helpfull tuts on how to use it, and creating/coloring images.

The forum members can't possibly compile and post tutorials here for such a heavyweight application like PS, it is after all a forum to help members with specific problems, but if you type "Photoshop Tutorials" into Google you'll find loads of relevant pages. I've just tried it and there's plenty to keep you busy. Just a few from my search:
