Laptop keep on Hibernate

Hallo,
My Sony Notebook keeps on going into hibernate mode everytime I turn it on.
It is set up to ,never go to hibernate running with
AC adapter.some times I got lucky it runs a few hours,no problems.Only the screen flickering some times.
I got full DC 16V.any suggestions ?
