Outlook Express Keeps Crashing

Outlook keeps crashing when an email attachment is opened no matter the file type is. The attachment will open but OLE will send an error message stating that it has encountered a problem and needs to close. The computer is running XP SP2 and Outlook Express 6. Anybody have any ideas or fixes?
