Ok, I have a 32 GB hard drive with my OS and all my stuff on it. I just got a new 160 GB hard drive for Christmas.

So should I make the cluttered 32 Gig Hard drive the master or the slave? Because it does have my operating system, but it doesn't have a whole lot of room.

Or does it even matter?

I would run the OS and programmes from the 32GB (master) drive and keep data on the new drive
