I have had a task originate as of December 19th in my startup msconfig called Item: KernelFaultCheck Command: C:\WINDOWS\system32\dumprep 0 -k Location: Registry - Machine Run

I also had a High risk Spyware alert with a designation of "downloaded.SMALL.com" show up that I deleted.
I also noticed an alert from my Trend PCcillin antivirus/firewall software that showed a change was wanting to be made to my reedit.exe file. Do I have an unseen trojan on my system?

I followed the instructions provided in the post from don77 to be done prior to posting a Hijack This post.
I performed the ATF Cleaner, System Restore point and flush, an AVG Anti-Spyware scan with no threats, a SuperAntiSpyware scan with one alert as follows:

After the SUPER AntiSpyware Scan, I attempted to perform the Panda Active Scan on my PC and was unable to accomplish the task after trying multiple times (5-6 times). The message would read that a download of the file was unable to be completed due to active X, bad internet connection, etc.
I installed the active X control, authorized the firewall to accept the Panda software, showed the software downloading, but no scan was performed.

After attempting the Panda Active Scan with no success, I validated that I was uptodate on my Microsoft Updates afterwhich I performed a Hijack This scan with the following results:

The disinfected Potentially unwanted tool was an application that I had installed on another computer that I had saved on a CD and transferred over to the C drive of this computer. The file was Leaktest.exe. I have since removed it.

It looks like I have perhaps survived a trojan or virus, but I am still curious what the downloaded.SMALL.co alert was for. I also have read up that the dumprep 0 -k is possibly a microsoft debug function that I can disable in my startup tasks.

Any other insight would be appreciated. Thank you.
