Final Cleanup Help on Trojan/Dialer/Etc. Infected Machine

After running through all the recommended cleanup procedures, I still had a couple of threats listed in the Panda Online scan log. I don't see anything left in the Hijack This log that stands out, but I'm including it along with the other logs here. If someone can take a look and tell me if there's anything that's still infecting the system, I'd appreciate it.
