Are you using IE or Firefox?

I just downloaded IE7 and I haven't customized it yet. I know how to walk you through on IE6. Tell me what version you have downloaded.

If you are using IE, go to Internet Options, Content and then go to Settings. Uncheck and delete browsing history. Hope that helps.
