Need mobo suggestion for dual xeon

Not sure if my other post got posted. Don't think it did, so I'll repost it.

I'm going to be making a dual Xeon system for home use and WILL be using:
2 x Xeon 3.2GHz 1MB Cache 800FSB
2 x 1GB DDR2 400MHz

What I would like:
Dual channel memory
SATA/SCSI w/ RAID
PCI-Express/AGP (PCI-Express is preferable)

Forgot what else I want, but was wondering what kind of motherboard would have most of those features. Currently using a PC-DL and those are up to 533FSB on CPU and 333MHz on ram, so :tazz: .
