recently my system has been slowed down pretty big and keeps getting stuck. i dont have a net connection for tat pc, so i am unable to do an online diagnosis.
this virus or watever it is, keeps creating an exe file with the same name of the folder. for eg. if i have folder named videos.. inside tat is an videos.exe file.. when i click it it goes to windows explorer. i think this virus came thru my friend's usb pen drive. it copies itself thru a folder named 'Data SAM'.. bcoz when i transferred some stuff into my pen drive from my pc, there was a folder named data SAM in tat.. so i guess tat is the virus.. i have an windows XP OS.. it is the same for my friend who has a winows 98SE.. could u pls help me out.. i would be very grateful
