:whistling: I reccently just got my computer cleaned out from Comp USA, and I am having a major problem. When I try to go to anything associated with my computer (My computer, Control Panel), the bottom bar where start is, disappears for a few seconds, and only my wallpaper is visible. Then after a few moments it switches back to normal, but, it does not open up the things I requested it to open. Is there anything you can do to get it back to it's normal state?

Note: I was having this problem before I had it cleaned out aswell. At first it was fine until I plugged my iPOD in. Then I unplugged it, and it didn't work = /

Please post here! I need to get to my files urgently!!!
