All wipers run the same way, using the XP format isn't working so maybe waiting until you can get a CDR is best

If you click the blue link in post 10 you can check the FAQ's for a USB option

Run Windows set up, check it is creating a RAW1 partition on C, if the drive letter is different, restart the PC and it should default to C

im in windows setup at the partition selection, should i create a partition, or chose selected area? its still apportioned

ok, it started now its formating, after this long process it copies setup files, after it copies it restarts. thats one place where i keep getting a problem, it freezes when it says restarting computer. what should i do then?

It is less likely to do the same as before, it should reboot and finish now

are you sure? i formated and tried it like 7 times before freezes right there, anywhere where it is going to restart itself it froze

You already checked the memory, now the drive is as good as it can be, so hopefully, no problem
