I'm sitting here at my Mother's computer. I'm going to college for Computer Networking Administration so it's up to me to fix this thing.
Intro to this problem:
My step-father liked to watch films on this computer. He also has a wide collection of music on this computer as well. He has managed to get a System 32 error on it therefore; when it is loaded the windows explorer of the file "sys 32" opens and you must close it. Its ran slowly since then.

He's also managed to download at least 2GB of music on this computer as well. :whistling:

My brother passed away in 2005 and they have pictures of him on this computer as with his website saved here.

Is there anyway I can get rid of these problems without wiping the drive clean?
Oh yes... We had MaCaffe ( I'm not 100% sure of the spelling on that...) Virus Scanner, but it seems that this virus has disabled it from working. Tell me if you need any more information on the problem and I'll gladly tell you more if you need.
