Hi. I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but here is my problem:

When I try to play a game online, or want to enter a chat room that is not the "basic" chat room, I get a blank page with a little box in the top left corner. The box contains a square, a triangle and circle, all annoying. If you know what I mean, please help me solve this problem.

P.S. I have shockwave player and flash player and still the problem exists.
