When i am on the internet if i click on links it will make the window go to not responding. Window goes blank, then comes back to same window. Sometimes server busy window will pop up in the middle of the screen and will not go away until computer is restarted. I'm not the best when it comes to this type of computer stuff. Thanks for any help you can give me. I believe i completed all of the steps. Here are the hijack this results:

First, please download this tool:http://www.downloads.subratam.org/KillBox.zip

NEXT:
Make sure System Restore has been turned off and the Viewing of Hidden Files Enabled.

NOW:
Copy and paste the information below to notepad. Save it to your Desktop as type "all files" and name it fixbho.reg

REGEDIT4
[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Notify\req]

Now:
DoubleClick on the fixbho.reg file you made and follow the prompts to allow it to merge the registry entries into the registry.

NEXT:
Run Pocket KillBox and select the Delete on Reboot option.

Then, where it says Full Path of File to Delete, Copy and Paste C:\WINDOWS\System32\req.dat into the box. Make sure Delete on Reboot is checked and also check the box to Unregister .dll Before Deleting.
Now, Click the Delete Button (Red X).

A message will say C:\WINDOWS\System32\req.dat will be Deleted on Next Reboot YES / NO

Click YES.

A message will say something like: File will be Removed on Reboot, Do you want to reboot now?

Click YES and allow Killbox to reboot your machine.

Now scan with HijackThis and Check the Boxes for the following if they are there:

O20 - Winlogon Notify: req - C:\WINDOWS\System32\req.dat

Again, make sure All Browser Windows are Closed when you Click FIX.

NOW:
Please boot into Safe Mode with the Viewing of Hidden Files Enabled and navigate to and DELETE the following if they should remain:

C:\WINDOWS\System32\req.dat

Then, Go to Start > Run and type: cleanmgr and then click OK. Make sure the boxes for these are checked:
Temporary Files
Temporary Internet Files
Recycle Bin

And Click OK.

Reboot to Normal Windows and Scan with HijackThis and submit that log.
Let me know of any problems you may have encountered with the above instructions and how your computer is running now. I will try to check back when time permits.
