Hello,

My computer really takes a long time to shut down, usually around 5 or 6 minutes. I was thinking that it may be Norton Internet Security 2005 that is taking a while to shut down but I'm not sure. If you have any suggestions on how to speed this process up let me know.

Thanks!

Get a trial of tune up run disc clean up, registry clean up then go to optimise and run reg defrag, it could be your system is looking for files from incomplete installs / uninstalls
