Ever since I upgraded to IE7 I have had the following problem, as soon as I move the cursor over the page it starts scrolling down by itself - the only way to stop this is to click the cursor back on the sidebar. I did install a wireless key board & mouse and this stopped the problem however it was only a cheap one and so good to use so I have gone back to my other one which is a logitech model and the problem has reappeared! Is it a settings problem? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
