defragmenting failed to continue

Just wondering is there a way to fix this problem. As you can see I already have gotten alot of fragmented files =/. Thanks

You could try booting into Safe Mode and running defrag again. It could be that some of the files that didn't get moved are in use by running processes.

To get into Safe Mode: While starting your computer tap the F8 key once every second during the memory count up, or during the system spash screen where you see the system maker's name (HP, COMPAQ, DELL....etc.)

This will result in a text based menu. Use the curors/arrorw keys to navigate to SAFE MODE and hit enter.

Apparently the same message occured with the same files that are still fragmented. Do you think I should just delete those files? (They are just movies, animations, and games that I have been downloading) Thanks.

If you're sure what they are and you don't need them, then yes, you would probably be okay to delete them. Don't forget to clear the recycle bin afterwards.
