On my laptop there are vinyls of the letter, like any other keyboard, and some symbols like the @ symbol give me a completely different symbol than the one I wanted (:whistling:

However when i press the " button it gives me the @ symbol. I know it has something to do with the nationality of the keyboard but i don't know wher to edit it.

Thanks for any help!

Try going to Start, Control Panel, Regional and Language Options. Ensure the first and third tabs list the proper language/country. My setting on the Advanced tab, Code Conversion section is 10000 MAC Roman.

Did this help?

How long has this problem been heppening? Have you spilled anything in the keyboard?

Do you have a spare keyboard to plug in and test? This will tell us if it's a setting in Windows or a physical issue with the keyboard.
