Laptop pad scroll problem

Theres a problem on my laptop, the mouse pad on my laptop has a scroll part on the right of it, like a mouse 3 but u cant click, it used to work, but for some reason it doesnt work anymore, it didnt happened recently, it was back awhile ago, but i got annoyed by this, could anyone please help me how to fix it ....thanks :whistling:

Have you tried to reinstall the mouse drivers? If that does not work you should have talked to gateway about a replacement touchpad because it is probably broken.
